Economist ranking
Tuck was ranked # 4 in this year’s Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) ranking of the world’s top 100 full-time MBA programs. The annual ranking is based on four factors the EIU has identified as the primary reasons why students pursue an MBA: to open new career opportunities (weighted at 35%), for personal development and educational experience (35%), to increase salary (20%), and to build a professional network (10%).
In the sub category of opening new career opportunities, Tuck placed fifth among American programs and eighth overall in the world. An accompanying article referenced Tuck students’ high satisfaction with the Career Development Office, noting the school “is lauded for their career services.”
